Cerro Nido de Cóndor, view from east, Cordillera Paine - Chile
Cordillera Paine, Torres del Paine National Park, Última Esperanza Province, Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica Region, Chile (July 2023)

This image was taken during the Patagonian Winter Pumas trip organised by Natures Images and led by Mark Sisson and Pablo Cersosimo (Wild South Photography). All photos were taken from within an estancia adjacent to the Torres del Paine National Park where some wild Pumas are tolerant of humans. This is a view from the east towards the Three Torres (Towers) of Cordillera Paine. Cerro Nido de Cóndor (Condor's Nest) is the wide peak to the right of the double-peaked Torre Norte and the taller Torre Central. Torre Sur is obscured from this angle. Cerro Nido de Cóndor is also known as Cerro Peineta (Comb).
