Kerið (the Bowl) Crater - Iceland
Iceland (February 2010)

Kerið is a volcanic (rather than an impact) crater believed to have been formed by the collapse of a cone volcano. The crater lake was frozen when visited in February. It is one of the tourist attractions on the Golden Circle route.
