Resplendent Quetzal (female) at Curi-Cancha, Costa Rica

Thanks to our guide Andres Alvarado (Forest Alive) for spotting this bird. Black bill - assumed to be a female rather than a juvenile as there is no red plumage developing on the breast. Status is classified as Near Threatened.
