Cascada San Ramón, near Boquete, Chiriqui Province, Panama (September 2016)
We stopped at Cascada San Ramón on the way to Finca Lerida Coffee Plantation. This bird was busily catching insects near the waterfall. It was constantly on the move and I only managed to get this single frame.
